What I Need…

As an assistant to a Real Estate Agent your days will never be ordinary, but you will be expected to perform regular tasks that include:

  • Assist in day to day needs (scheduling, follow up with past/current/future clients, manage database)

  • Lead daily, weekly, monthly marketing initiatives (monthly newsletter, event coordination and social media strategy)

  • Database management and lead follow up

I need someone who is extremely organized, detail oriented and personable. A majority of day to day tasks will involve communication with clients, prospective clients and past clients via email & phone. Ideally have some experience on various social platforms and email platforms as those are primarily how we market. Ideal, but not required. Organized, punctual and dedicated are musts!
