What Do You Love About the Neighborhood? Proximity to everything and still super quiet. As a dog owner, it’s pretty amazing to have an open space for he and I to run around w/ plenty of other pups in the neighborhood. Everyone is super friendly and will often find ourselves on a neighbors porch catching up on the week.

What about the home do you love? Light and airy. With the open concept on the first floor, natural light basks the entire first floor throughout the day. The Master is also everything i could want in terms of size, space and finish.

What do you love about your town? Honestly never thought I would enjoy living in James Island as much as I have. Close proximity to Terrace, james island county park and Folly beach. Not to mention it takes me 6 minutes to get downtown and due to location, never really get caught in any of the traffic.

Where are your favorite places to eat?  Crust, Zia, Senorita Taquieria, Black Magic Cafe, Maybank Public House and Yous Guys!!

What are your favorite things to do in the area? James Island County Park, take the dog down to Folly Park, and nights spent in the terrace

Updates to home? Since I’ve owned I customized the kitchen w/ fixtures, shiplap and open shelving. Swapped fixtures (plumbing, electrical and chandelier) throughout bathrooms, updated hardware and added accent walls throughout. Built the pergola and herb/flower gardens last year.
