What Do You Love About the Neighborhood? We love how quiet it is despite being close to everything. It’s a great place to walk our pup in the morning and evening around the lakes in the community. Everyone is friendly and we will miss our neighbors!
What about the home do you love? Light and airy. With the open concept on the first floor, natural light basks the entire first floor throughout the day. The Master is also everything i could want in terms of size, space and finish.
What do you love about your town? What can we say other than Mount Pleasant has it all! We have loved the location for being able to hit beaches, golf, eat, downtown activity, farmers markets all the time. My husband also can get to the airport within 20 minutes and has quick access to 526!
Where are your favorite places to eat? We love hitting Shem Creek, Mozzo Deli, Graze, Red Drum and hopping to everything on Sullivans!!
What are your favorite things to do in the area? We can bike to the beach and do regularly. We love getting downtown to eat and take our dog over to Alhambra Hall
Updates to home? Since I’ve owned we’ve made a bunch of updates including updates inside to kitchen island, cabs and backsplash. Also, tiled the laundry, added plantation shutters, swapped plumbing/electrical fixtures, landscaping (and landscape lighting), swapped out appliances and refinished every sq inch. We also encapsulated the crawl space, added a dehumidifier and sump pump.
